2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Content

Due to the immediate, irreversible nature of digital content, online downloads, and instant-access memberships offered on Bharatiya Vishwa, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to our premium content or services has been provisioned, except in verified cases of technical billing errors.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

We follow standard Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for routing funds securely back to consumers:

  • Approval: Once a refund request is received and verified by our team, it will be approved and initiated via our payment gateway partner panel within 2 business days.

  • Banking Timeline: After the gateway processes the refund, it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect back in your account. This timeline is entirely dependent on your bank’s processing structure.
